Dear bungie I have decoded around ten exotic chest engrams since the taken King update some purchased some bought and every single one of them has been either a crest or a cheat of alpha lupi the first time I bought three engrams I thought it was bad luck but now I think there is an issue as it happened again today I bought four engrams every single one chest or crest of alpha lupi is there anything I can do to sort this issue as I feel robbed of quite a few strange coins and frustrated that I have yet to gain an exotic chest for my warlock!

Xur has been made mostly pointless. Even if you get the chest plate you want it wont be as high as the legendary armor from hard raid. Heres what you do. When xur cones around buy a bunch of three od coins then drop them on antiquated runes and boss fights on raid to get your exotics. Its not a guarantee but it has worked. Then grab a decent raid team for the normal to level up to hard status and smosh out hard until you get what you want to level up your favorite exotic chest. Though the other peices for the warlock are usually better, i can understand wanting a style XD

There is a greater chance of getting an exotic for your class; Hunters and Titans only have Crest of Alpha Lupi for Y2

Guess it depends. Bungie has moderators who attempt to assist players. More often than not its resolved via a private message. Also some of the services are third party and dont go directly to tech support. Makes sense? Like their destiny companion app guy isnt their tech support service.

Now that you mention it all they do is say post on the help forum and then seem to ignore you! Also on this subject I saw a video of a guy open 5 chest engrams and each one was chest or crest of alpha lupi!!!!!

Exactly, it's bullshit that there's no customer service and they don't help anyone, I just wanted to get a damp quest and ended up waiting 6 hours or my time and all that happened is the stole 40 bucks of my money and they didnt deliver what they promised and there's no refund options
