This has happened to me like 6 times, after patch 2.0.2., I go into my vault to do something, move stuff, I switch between vault view and character view a few times, and after a while, I get stuck on the character view only, I can't switch back to vault view or leave the vault or anything else, neither options or dismiss button works, I have to restart Destiny , what the heck is going on, this is bull..
