As the Prime Operative for the Office of Vanguard Intelligence I would recommend Iron Banner participation for all members of Direct Action Teams. The mix of new and old maps in clash mode works nicely. The matchmaking algorithim seems to be matching by connection strength and somewhat similar player light levels. Legendary items do seem to be dropping more frequently especially for low skill pvp players like me.
