I was just in my vault, switching back and forth between vault and character inventory (multiple times), and at one point I became stuck in the character inventory screen! Either circle (ps4) to exit or options to "return to vault" would have the effect of "returning" me to the same exact inventory screen I was on, same with any of the three you can get to while in the vault (i.e. not roster nor settings). And since I couldn't get to "change character" the only way I could get out of it was to exit up to the ps4 OS and close application. Edit: it was on my warlock and about 5 min ago or so, in case you can pull any other data to help you troubleshoot. Edit: I am not able to reproduce the problem AT WILL, though of course it happened again on its own.
