Remove or Fix luck in chamber perk from snipers [Success!]
At least make it such that only a headshot will do extra damage. Bungie fixed Final Round on snipers this way, and LiTC should be fixed in the same way.
[b]It's not a matter of deliberately abusing it. The fact that luck plays a MAJOR factor in deciding the outcome of a game (especially like Trials) is completely stupid and unacceptable.[/b]
Skill should determine the outcome, luck should be [b]minimized[/b]. Getting a lucky, undeserving body shot kill can literally change the outcome of a game.

[b]EDIT: We did it !! LiTC is being fixed to only proc on headshots like final Round was. All you morons who want luck based crutch weapons can go suck an egg.

Wait are you guys sure you don't wanna cry about the IB hand cannon I got with LITC too ????? Give you little cry babies something else to whine about ... What is this game coming too ? nerf this buff that, Titans are OP , stormcallers need a nerf. REALLY ??? Like playing with a bunch a little kids who want to change the rules of the game every 10 mins when they start losing. This community is toxic with people who have nothing better to do than cry about stuff... I'm ashamed to even call myself a guardian if this is what we have become. WE DID IT !!!!! WE cried hard enough and Bungie heard our tears fall and fill lakes of saltiness. Because we got shot with a gun an died!!!! DAM cry about the servers and make a real difference cry about the lag if you wanna really change something worth while. What are we gonna cry about this week a grenade ?
