is it possible for xur exotic chest engram to give me 310? casue i dont wanna waste coins on 290

yes I got my 4th alpha lupi in a row from chest engrams and it was another 310 at least so I infused my iron banner chest piece with it.

If you are over light 300, then it has like a 50/50 chance to be 310

3 RepliesI'm between 300 and 310; while it seems 50/50 for me to get legendary engram drops that decode to either 290 or 310, the engrams i've bought from Xur have all decoded to 290s so far.

Being at 310+ light all my exotics now drop at 310. I believe 300-310 is chance for 310. And over 310 is pretty guaranteed. I think. Not sure on bungie logic tho.

After I hit 301 I get 310 from Xur every time

If you are above light 300+ then it is possible but it's all RNG.
