Fusion Rifles: Will You Adapt To Them?
In wake of the upcoming December weapon tuning, Fusion Rifles are being buffed whilst Shotguns are being nerfed furthermore.
Fusions will be getting their stability buffed across the board as well as a buff to their overall consistency, or as Bungie put it, their "predictability". These two buffs together along with the harsh nerfs coming to shotguns will no doubt bring them into a competitive state. (Fast charge rate fusions will now charge faster but will be less lethal, which isn't an issue considering I feel short range fusion rifles are a waste of time anyway).
Practice with them now, and you will be ahead of the curve. Try starting out with Plan C; it's the absolute best fusion rifle in Destiny!

I loved my party crasher in y1 but I'm becoming a fan of the fusion. There's nothing more satisfying than having someone charge you with their shotty only to get vaporized. I got the darkblade from the strike and it looks cool plus has almost max impact, 5 round max plus speed reload. I'm sure there's better ones but its a guaranteed kill.

1 ReplyIt's fun to use telesto in pvp lol, you don't have to hit them just set a trap on the floor as they run through a doorway and watch them vaporize

1 ReplyPlan c is not by any means the best. My alpha IB peruns fire destroys them. The only time someone gets the drop on me is with its exotic perk

Yea, that's seriously all fine and dandy...up until they find out that everyone is using fusion rifles now...and they freaking NERF fusion rifles. Seriously it's a great idea to stay ahead of the curve, but why should I even bother if I already know a nerf is coming for the new weapon I'm going to adapt to??

I hope they bring back Plan C now. Btw, was anyone still complaining about shotguns? They had been nerfed so much you need to give someone oral to be in range [i]now[/i]. I can't imagine how bad their range is going to be in the next update.
