310 Blue Radegast's Blade artifact
It's a blue (rare) artifact. Got it from IB rank 3 package. Is this a glitch?? Should it not be a purple legendary??
Should I keep it (maybe Bungie will patch it back to legendary) or use it to infuse other legendary?

Love Radegast, so I was very happy when I got his blade at 310.

It's 310 who cares? You can use it to infuse another artifact. It's a rank three free gimme item you can earn super easy. Earned it in less then a day.

Lots of people got it. Who cares if it's blue or purple. If it is the highest light you have use it till something better comes along.

It will be infusion fuel so you can take any artifact you want up to 310 along with your one from the raid questline, before warlock was the only class offered a intellect discipline artifact for the raid steps. Making it the only character to be able to pull tier 5 on intellect and discipline. (Which a lot of players like). It may of been possible before with very high gear and a high stat roll on an exotic but I dunno.
