Reading the weapon balance notes you stated the following on Pulse Rifles:
◦Low RoF (The Messenger, Spare Change): 9% base damage reduction
◦Med RoF (Hawksaw, No Time To Explain, Red Death): 8% base damage reduction
◦High RoF (Bad Juju): 8% base damage reduction
◦Highest RoF (Grasp of Marok): 2% base damage reduction
Don't you think this is too much of a damage reduction? I have a feeling you're about to bring them back down to what they were at the beginning of Year One; underpowered and weak, and no one will use them because they will be too weak. Please reconsider the damage reduction to a less extreme amount, we don't want Pulse Rifles to be nerfed too hard.
Edit: Come on, Bungie. You're about to make a HUGE mistake in terms of balance. At least let us know you're reading this.

I think the OP has been playing a different game for the last few months. Nirwen's Mercy is ridiculous in PvP, and there are still plenty of sucktards using Red Death as a PvP crutch.

1 ReplyIts full circle now, autos rule again just like the beginning and all the pussies cried about them. Don't worry too much though, cool thing about circles is they keep going round. Kind a like playing destiny or a hamster in a wheel

1 Replyagreed, and after spending the time to farm up pulse rifle ammo armor for certain builds.. this really sucks. and all the armor wasted infusing that armor... wowwww. why don't you nerf sprint next Bungie? we're all just so fast and nobody's sprint option EVER sticks and fails to activate..

Edited by SNIPER1977: 11/21/2015 3:40:41 AMThey begged us for a year to like pulse rifles so I finally started using them. Now they're getting too much love?! Seriously Bungie? You know you'll buff them again in 6 months after they become as useless as auto rifles. I used to use auto rifles but they're a joke now. I'm playing Iron Banner this week for the first time in months to get some gear and I'm using a pulse rifle in there for the first time. Now, if I ever come back, I'm going to have to change weapons again. I quit playing PvP because of nerfs. But what can I use that won't get nerfed somehow? I tried auto rifles at first but it was like squirting water at them. I've never gone whining to the forums when I lose in the crucible. I just focus on getting better. Maybe it's because I'm an adult. If people don't want nerfs they need to stop complaining.

Look at the figure for burst damage. Low impact pulses may take a bad hit but not the rest

2 RepliesEdited by ILoveI6v6I: 11/20/2015 4:08:50 AMThat is too much of a damage reduction. Basically scout rifles will replace pulse rifles as the next "OP" weapon. There is no such thing as "balance" in Destiny.

2 RepliesEdited by Dr.Captain BootyClappin: 11/20/2015 4:56:44 PMWhoever posted this has never been at the other end of a pulse rifle

2 RepliesLow fire rates will still kill in two bursts, high fire rates will still kill in 3 bursts. Won't really change too much, they'll just require more accurate fire.
-
10 RepliesIt's time for auto rifles again. They buffed everything in pve though, proving again they can separate the nerfs but they've chosen not to.
-
4 RepliesIt isn't very hard, in almost all cases it's 1 more shot to kill.
-
*cues dramatic music*...At the end of the day...non-matter how many Nerfs....Red Death will still be a good gun :P
-
6 RepliesPlease don't nerf them at all.

Edited by Xx Dark Flux xX: 11/20/2015 2:25:45 AMBungie yet again showing they can't balance a game. My pulse is so bad now. It's like how it was year 0

5 RepliesYou knew this was coming when everybody & their grandmother was using one & nothing else!

1 ReplyDidn't they buff them by 20% or something?

I feel you man, this is going to suck so hard. What really sucks is for PVE purposes.
