Drops seem to be good, i've seen lots of IB gear dropping pre-level 3, and i've seen rares drop with light as high as 307 which surprised me. As far as play style its worlds apart, no more "we need to capture..." now its either running in a pack to support each other or hiding in cover watching choke points... Not better or worse... just a lot different.
