Why can't I play elimination while trials is on...for that matter how come all the crucible lists that I paid for aren't active 24/7? Where's my dark below/ house of wolves public events? Where's the old boring Eris quests? Why can't I buy blue engrams from the cryptarch for way too much glimmer? Why can't I play year 1 trials? Why can't I get year 1 guns except from old raids anymore? Why does nightfall suck now? Where's my weekly strikes that actually gave coins? Anyways, that's enough satire for my break. First of all if they were doing something illegal they have huge amounts of money and would keep court going until an average person like us runs put of money. Thats what big companies do. Second, they probably have it written down somewhere in the code of conduct or some other thing like that. Saying they can choose to release their content how/ when they please to. And third, Bungie does this over and over. They have done this since the beginning of destiny's release, its nothing new! So my advice to you is either accept the fact that yes destiny is fun but greed has it limited to a repetitive time released content filled grind and enjoy it for how it is, OR stop playing. I can tell you one thing man, destiny will always be the same. Bungie will never change, so like i said get used to it or move on. Its unfortunate that this game is like this.

First off let's set aside the fact that your claim that time locked content is "illegal" is absolutely ridiculous. How is that different then a gun that drops randomly that a guy that plays everyday since launch never gets to drop, example gally. At least with time gated weapons everyone has the "opportunity" to obtain these weapons. I am not the worlds best Destiny player, yet I have a sleeper stimulant and a black spindle and a no time to explain. Were they easy to get, for some yes and others no, but everyone has had the opportunity. In my opinion the only thing wrong about how these have been handled is that some of them have only been available on weekdays and not everyone has the time to do the black spindle run over and over to get the gun on the day it is available. They should randomly throw them out there on the weekend for those that have work or school obligations that prevent them from getting these guns. I have a friend that has pretty much quit playing Destiny for just that reason. If your going to complain, at least make your complaints valid.

I think what u are missing are that this sector has no FEDERAL REGULATIONS placed on it as do other consumer products. So they have free rein so long as you click AGREE on the TERMS OF SERVICE. After every update u have to agree again. And at the same time u either accept and at or so not and cannot play even what u paid for. It may take few more years but I feel it's coming.

Again, it's not completely bungie. It's the bad half of the marriage, Activision. They don't give 2 poops about you, me, or anyone else on this forum or playing the game. They destroy games and rip them apart to make more money. Destiny is no exception. You want proof? Look at CoD. That used to have a good story in he beginning. Now? All pvp with time based DLC. If we keep buying games they're tied to, great games will keep getting destroyed in the process along with the company that made them. Bungie simply can't be and isn't that stupid.
