Modifier:
Enemies take significantly reduced damage to the body and deal 2x damage while taking extra precision damage, even with full shields.
This is to replace any and every modifier that just simply increases shield strength. It's literally no fun to fight enemies who have just had their shields buffed. It doesn't require extra skill to kill them so there's no real reward. It just feels like a bunch of mini bullet sponges and it slows the game play waaaaaaay down. With high body resistance and high damage out put, it will require players to be more skilled and cunning.
Edit: Please keep in mind this is a suggestion to get ideas rolling. I dont actually expect this exact idea to happen necessarily. So im gonna end this edit with a snarky....DUH!!
