Hunter class armor bug.
I can have on 282 heliopause cloak at 289 over all light level with blank bar under light level. Change to level 290 aspreit cloak and the yellow light level bar shoots up to max 289 full yellow bar. About 2 to 3 seconds the bar drops back down to an unfilled bar without any changes.
