Ghost Shells Too Rare?
I never get ghost shells that have a nice light level. They get stuck at like 260-270. It stinks. Basically the only way to get a good one is nightfall or King's Fall, which require a fireteam. Are good light level ghost shells too rare?

Court of Oryx has given me a couple of 280+ shells.

Do court, I've got mine up to a whopping 285, WOW, they are hard to come by

i had a drought (essentially 3 weeks) of using the vanguard shell as i could not get a ghost over 260... i then went to court of oryx spent 2 hours there... got loads of ghost and got better one. go there and do it (might aswell collect fragments while your there btw)

I got a 296 from vanguard strikes once, but I've played a TON of strikes

5 RepliesI'm stuck with a 297 and I've done plenty of nightfalls and Antiquated runes. I've only done part of the raid though. My Ghost, Cloak, and helmet are killing my light. If you're on a 360 I'll run a nightfall with you... everyone who runs with me usually gets my 300+ ghost lol
