Title says it all.
What peeves you off about the Destiny raiding experience?
I've been around for a while and done a few raids. From Minotaurs that never die to a sword that disappears in front of you; what really makes you want to say forget it and quit?

That there was no HoW Raid. That Crota can be soloed, beaten by somebody using feet, using a guitar hero drum set, and even blindfolded.

1 ReplyMy team and myself have only been a 5 since VOG first came out. We have done everything as a five and on occasion had randoms in for either advice and or to help people out. Up until Kings Fall we were lucky in that most of the randoms were great, patient with us on learning or appreciative of the help. Until Kings Fall. We can do normal fine with minimal support required only at Totems. Hard on the other hand, we have not really given it a good go as yet as everyone who has joined to date just complains, criticises or just leaves if each stage is not done first try. When did the community become so unwilling to help each other out? For the record we are all 30+ Brits who play most evenings if any one fancys having some good fun and banter.

4 RepliesDouble RNG. You finally get that item you've been looking for, and then it's harrowed boots at 310... It's like hooking up with a girl and finding her penis.

Edited by Bread: 11/21/2015 8:20:13 AMThe fact that there still isn't matchmaking. I have played most of my raids with randoms from Reddit and we have managed to formulate a cohesive strategy and win most of the time. This shows randoms can work and I don't see why I have to log into Reddit to find a team rather than just hit search in game and find one. It's stupid.

Edited by Weemzy: 11/21/2015 8:20:02 AMIt's hard to find a full tire team willing to stay together for a few hours. Edit: the loot system is a disgrace.

6 RepliesTrials and IB which are far easier give better rewards. You can afk through pvp content and get 320 gear.

Edited by vex145mythoclast: 11/21/2015 8:11:34 AMBeen playing Kings Fall since October and i still haven't got a helmet, and yet people want the next DLC to come out already. Like what the frick man!

Light level for loot drops is meh. And also finding a competent group and or a group that stays for oryx is a royal pain. He finally gave me the helmet tonight though. Just looking for the hard mode gloves now for that ascendant plane shader.

Finding teams that still can't beat each part of the raid at two or three tries at the most. Or getting gear lower than what you have
-
For me on the Kings Fall raid especially It's finding a team that can go through the whole raid in one go I'm not even talking about no wipes I'm talking about a team that can't even do damage on warpriest and they're a light level 305 or something. So I got to keep on shuffling through groups.

When you get the gear you need only for it to be worse than what you already have. Seriously who came up with the idea for the loot system in KF. Talk about 10 steps backward

Doubles, got 3 pairs of raid boots on my titan

Lack of in game group finder.

Edited by metdevil678: 11/21/2015 5:49:04 AMPeople who can't agree on a strategy. By now, no one should be solely dependant on a single strategy, there should be no "Oh, I can't do that strat" talk. Aslo, If you can't handle a single knight by yourself, you shouldn't be raiding... Oh, and people who think that one tiny mistake (or even one guardian down) means a wipe. You can clutch through it, guys!

Random and shit drops. Fuking molder in shards.

Edited by PumpkinBear: 11/20/2015 3:40:32 PMOne mistake and you have to wipe. Kinda bs that you have to do it perfectly or you are all dead or you wipe.

Loot drops, nuff said

Single player invites that come in and try to change up a teams proven strategy instead of adapting to it them self.
