I just killed the wizard to get a calcified fragment I got it but now the quest is gone it is not in abandoned quest either someone please help also I do not have 45 calcified fragments someone please help now

What quest? How many fragments do you have? You'll either need to find 1, 5, 30, or 45 fragments; complete the dying mind or Phobos strike; or talk with Eris.
