Halo 3: Mythic Custom Box Cover [NEW Xcast Online Coverage!]

Well, as seen in [url=http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=36463478]this thread[/url], Noobtoober117 made a request for a Halo 3: Mythic case cover because, as seen in the unboxing of the French Halo 3: ODST's that were leaked (whether fake or actual), the 2 disks are stacked in 1 case. I personally have no use for my ODST preorder case, so I decided I could always use that as an individual case for Halo 3: Mythic.
So, I went into Photoshop and made my own [url=http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/21/halo3mythiccasev42.jpg]Halo 3: Mythic box cover [NEWEST VERSION][/url]. You can use this however you want, edit it in any way, but you [i]must[/i] give myself credit for the original.

Hopefully, this will allow those with extra cases lying around to better organize their ODST bundle, as well as save some trouble with disks in the future.

May I suggest a shorter/summed up version for a small [url=http://www.carboblog.com/site/Portals/0/chicago/qu50055212bo_Single_Disc_CD_Case_with_Transparent_Trays_and_Covers.jpg]CD case[/url]? I don't have any Xbox cases around, but have an abondance of those cases. Maybe just the mythic skull like on your case, and a shortened version of your back? And I'm sure I'm not the only one that would appreciate it. Thanks! :)

Ok, I just tried printing it out. Ouch. A Vista printing tutorial is needed badly. They all came out in very tiny print at the top of the paper. Looks great dude. The only thing that I think would make it better is if you changed the wording on the back. Something about it seems off. It's probably because you're only hyping 2 of the 24 maps. What did Bungie do for the Halo 2 multiplayer map pack? I tried searching for the box art, but could only find the front cover. [Edited on 09.21.2009 8:17 AM PDT]

Its the zoomed in look but trust me it has been resized correctly and might require a small trim with an "exacto" knife or scissors. It has been sized as close to the dimensions of the box as possible without going way under or too over. Just make sure you follow the directions for borderless printing (and make sure you choose the quality "best" for the print when you make it, and you should be good to go.

Ooooh, very nice! The full size image looks a little on the large side to fit in an actual game case. Is there anyway you could re-size it? :D

Not a problem Teltaur I saw some awesomeness and I wanted to make sure it got around. I for one hate stacked discs and even the "extra" trays. I am a huge Halo fan (see [url]http://twitpic.com/i4hue[/url] with the case in place sorry bad pic taken with my iphone) And I like to show off my stuff! For me this was the ultimate fan project! I am just happy we were able to help you out with spreading your work around!

Thanks man this is awesome ill so use this... i took my xbox live arcade disk and put it into my hardrive transfer disk case since i dont like the arcade disk and dont need the other one, and i used the arcade disk for this... now to cut it sigh.......
