How do i unlock Skolas In PoE
I just have the level 28 mission for PoE
I did it 2 times already and nothin.

Finish the story line. Beat 28, 32, and 34. That unlocks 35.

Did you do the whole HoW story? I bet there is some quest involved with Skolas. HoW was so long ago, don't waste your time on Skolas lol
