Can't access Festival emotes purchased with silver
I bought a few emotes on one character (specifically, the zombie and boo emotes), and when trying to get them on my other characters, it stated I still require the eververse license. This was at the kiosk; the vendor just showed that I needed to purchase them.
I restored my licenses...now, not only are they not accessible on those characters, they DISAPPEARED from the original, and aren't accessible via the kiosk.
I have no idea how to contact Bungie for this. PLEASE HELP.
