So I got a gunsmith quest to get the ace of spades and, and I wonder if it will nerf the ability for me to get hand cannons from engrams, because when I did the quest for the sniper rifle I could not get the amount of rare snipers that I used to get, and because of that it took me 3+ weeks to finish the quest. So do the quest nerf the ability for you to get weapons?
