I don't think it's wrong either, just saying that to quell op's thoughts. They COULD make a pvp only adjustment is what I'm saying at the root of it. I would love for Bungie to start making more specific alterations, rather than just blanket fixes that disrupt the flow of pve--which is pretty balanced and doesn't need tweaking

Gotcha. Regardless of OPs feelings, I don't think weapons having PVE only perks is a good thing. For example, imagine someone just got that pvp dominant pulse rifle they've wanted. But what's this? It's loaded with PVE perks! It's been a week long grind just to get it and it's perks suck! Imagine the level of anger this one guy would have- no, the community would have?! It's actually quite outrageous. Pvp perks work just as well in PVE but then to get PVE exclusive perks would be unfair. They'd either need to implement pvp only perks and upset both sides, or reintroduce reforging weapons.

Reforging weapons is not an option. I think litc should only work on crit or in pve on snipers. It should also be in the optional perk slot
