How much money do you owe Bungie?
With all of the weekly updates, free DLC, patches, festivals etc.. Bungie is hard at work trying to make Destiny the best gaming experience for its audience. They don't have to do this, all we paid for was the original version of the game and a couple DLCs, everything in between was charity to the community out of the kindness of their hardworking hearts.
With that being said, how Much money do you think you owe Bungie? Take into account how much time you spend on this game and the server room you take up.
I personally say I owe them at least $50 more than what I've already paid

I hear what you're trying to say but I'm not sure your approach was the best. Yes, I have received more value from Destiny than any other video game I have ever played if you are basing it on hours played. But is it the greatest video game I have ever played? No. It's currently one of my favorites but nothing will beat some of the great games from the 80's/90's in terms of storytelling and gaming experience.

I owe them nothing. I already gave them the money for the game, so I "owe" them nothing else. As long as the game plays properly and doesn't keep giving me error codes, well, then they owe me nothing else either. The only thing they owe us as a community is a fully functioning game, the "grind" and any gear is part of that game. However, you are not entitled to all the weapons, armor, and such if they are earnable in the game. If they are locked behind a time-gate, then that is a completely different matter. With all of that said, I get weaseled too often to call this a fully functional game.

Pretty much all other games do free updates every now and then. Bungie is not revolutionising the industry with this strategy.
