Who is doing it? I feel personally that it would ruin the game a little by not getting things legit. Who feels this way?

I just needed some damn tape so I used it to get 50% off 3 rolls
how the hell do people expect me to pay 40 caps for tape

I don't have high charisma
1 ReplyNo. I don't see the fun in that at all.

2 RepliesEdited by SigilG362: 11/13/2015 1:52:57 AMHonestly, it's not the game breaking glitch everyone's making it out to be. Unless you're using it in Diamond City. I'm already Level 15 and I've yet to explore Lexington, much less Diamond City. Should I go to Diamond City already?
-
I did. But only to buy ammo. It's no fun playing a shooter game when you never have enough ammo so you don't use guns because you have to save them even if they're your favorite
-
-
I have ammo spilling out of my bags, I don't need to exploit a glitch to get things.
-
5 RepliesNo. Been playing on survival from the start and have way more ammo / stimpacks than I could ever need. If you need the glitch to buy supplies, you're playing the game wrong.
-
Yes, and I don't regret it, I need the ammo badly.
-
2 RepliesI have, it's a pain in the ass if you go overboard though, it takes like 10 minutes to go through 15,000 caps worth of pressing A over and over again. Honestly I'm not gonna use it very often.
-
Nope. I'm getting plenty of ammo from just randomly wandering around.

Edited by Buck Baggalini: 11/13/2015 1:15:33 PMProbably on my second play through
-
Edited by JOWDY: 11/13/2015 1:15:34 PMNo lol, what's the fun in that?
-
4 RepliesI probably won't. Kinda tempted to get that Cryo gun in Vault 111 using Dogmeat, but I want to a least attempt opening it via lock pick first.
-
1 ReplyOnly for stem packs and rad away because I'm not finding them in the wasteland.

I WAS OUT OF .308, OKAY? I DIDN'T USE IT FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN GETTING 45 .308 ROUNDS!
-
I will tonight
-
Hell nah. Talking to people is for losers. I just shoot them in the face.
-
I haven't as I don't really have a need for caps. I scavenge a lot, so I have ample junk and ammo. I'll trade my extra weapons/armor for the Chems.
-
Definitely not, cheating ruins the playthrough for me, especially if I'm using something I cheated to get.

1 ReplyEdited by Bitter Mercy: 11/13/2015 1:22:46 AMEverybody currently exploiting the cap glitch falls under 3 categories: 1. They don't care about the full survival experience 2. They wanted to see another Bethesda screw up 3. They wanted to buy a million missiles to feed their jetpack rocket firing addiction. I fall under the latter category Edit: I'll never not make a crap ton of typos I won't fix
-
Haven't need to. Have plenty of ammo and around 100 stimpacks, 50 fusion cores, a .50 sniper, Kelloggs .44, assassin's missile luncher, an upgraded gatling laser and minigun, more mini nukes than I know what to do with, I literally can't throw enough frags (-blam!-ers are like boomerangs. I've tried to get rid of them but for some reason I always seem to have 20+), and brotherhood of steel power armor upgraded to type D.
-
I don't have it yet, but I will probably play through legit. Then once I get to the point that I don't care anymore, I will use it. Or, if I'm really low on caps and I really don't feel the exploration for it lol
-
2 RepliesThis is the one with the .308 ammo right
-
3 RepliesPlease explain how.
