I am really struggling with getting enough weapon parts to upgrade my weapons and I believe there should be someone who sells weapon parts. Xur could sell them, for strange coins obviously, or you could buy them from the gunsmith for legendary marks or some other currency. Or even make the gunsmith have his own currency
