Being 100% honest here.
Year one was such a refreshing game experience, so much new stuff and guns and gear to chase after because of both cosmetic appeal and guns like mythoclass. Everything seemed new and the experiences with my clan were above awesome( shout out to FMJ)
The vault of glass had such a unique feel and had that drive of wanting to complete it even just for fun.
The first two expansions were ruff il admit that, but it didn't stop me from having a good time because everything felt worth doing.
Now there's year two, everything is either time gated or handed to you.
The raid has awesome mechanics but the gear lacks cosmetic appeal and worth while guns to chase.
Year two trials is a bust. Reskinned gear which I find just lazy.
And for the first time in what seems like forever I've started picking up new games and playing ones I hadn't payed much attention to, such as:
Final fantasy X-2 remake,
Tales of zenteria ( I understand it's newer but still a great game)
Fallout 4
Blops3 ( my first call of duty because I don't care for low time to kill pvp games but the simple fact it's one of the few one console co-op games grabbed my attention.
All of these games have made destiny impossible for me, it just doesn't feel like it's worth the time to... Have 0 player progression? Lol what?
And be ridiculed by the developers every weekly update or so.
Beta player here and I have defended this game for whatever it's worth but unless I want to play with my brother who's in college and my father in a online game I won't be playing destiny anymore.
Il keep watch on the forums every now and then as I have for the passed year hoping for change but for now I am setting this tittle down, good luck to you guardians
