Can a spartan remove their armor?
I'm curious, are the spartan suits removable, or are they cybernetically grafted to the people that wear them?

i would assume its similar to the space station, in recycling ALL water, as for poo, prolly fed straight nutrients like a plant, thus none. come to think of it, theres prolly little ingestion while suited up, seems like it would be all IV. [Edited on 11.26.2010 8:28 AM PST]
