Why do so many people refuse to use their super in the Heroic Strike list?

Title says it all. The amount of people who would sit on their supers for hours is astonishing. I just a got a trolling Sunsinger as well, who wouldn't use his super throughout the entire Shield Brothers strike, and a Nightstalker not using his voidbow for 10 min, until one of the brothers was at 10% health. I play with people like that more than half of the time and simply don't get it. What reason is there to not use your super and make orbs for teammates, which in return will make orbs for you, thus recharging your super? Sunsingers who use Fireborn for the 260 light strikes, are the players which anger me the most however. If you seriously need self res for heroic strikes, you aren't ready for them. Anyhow, is there a logical reason I might have missed, or is a pretty big part of the player base... Well... too dumb to understand why using their super is beneficial for the team and helps in ending the strike faster? Edit: Just had another one of these groups. I am currently running the Obsidian Mind together with a Bad Juju to substitute my teammates, as they won't use their own super anyhow. Right now I'm at the point where I am simply quitting strikes instantly, if I see that my teammates don't use their super when they should. Or not at all. Double Edit: Some people seem to think that I advocate for wasting supers on 2 thralls, just because it's charged... This isn't the case at all. I am talking about sizable amounts of enemies which you should know where to encounter, if you did the strikes more than 3 times. Tripple Edit: Concerning Tlaloc and Simmering Flames: A team correctly chaining supers, will make it so that you can have yours charged within 10 secs after using it. Which means that, you can have the bonus of the Tlaloc/Simmering Flames passive, and use your super constantly as well.
