One of my close friends who is a clan mate attempted to buy some silver, and never received it. He spent 20 USD from his PlayStation wallet, and never saw a single silver piece. He has been all over this forum and bungie's twitter for almost 2 weeks now with no response. What can he do to begin the process of getting bungie to send him his silver? He has completed the troubleshooting steps, and contacted PSN about this issue, but they cannot do anything about it; the payment is received, and in the seller's hands now. Thus, bungie needs to do something, but he has not received a reply. To answer a few questions: this is for added visibility on my clan mates behalf. No, I have not had any issues with silver. This is not a "call for blood" etc.; all I wish to accomplish is to find out what the process is for missing silver. To bungie's moderation team: to avoid "naming and shaming" as per CoC, I have excluded my clanmates PSN account name. If you need it to expedite any actions you need to take, I'll gladly provide it via pm. As I said above he has been posting about it for about a week, and has not received a reply, hopefully this can be resolved quickly and this was just a small oversight (being in retail myself, I know this can happen).
