About the shade step, the blink and the sniper's aim assist

There is a serious problem with the shade step and the blink jump that I really find unfair and that is the fact that they are immune through the trajectory of the move/jump how can this be fair? I'm OK with it being a very fast movement to get away or close from/to your opponents, everyone calling for nerf to sunbreakers/stormcallers because they can tank a rocket while being in super mode... Guess what a shade step/blink can do that without being at super, so why do they have to be immune while moving/jumping? Other classes are not immune while jumping unless I'm mistaken, so please Bungie fix or balance this because it just feels unfair. Other thing that I want to note (and I know it has been brought up many times before) are the need of balance to snipers, during trials I'm sure you have noticed how it has been a sniper's fest (both weeks) the aim assist for some snipers is way to high and if you combine that with hidden hand it gets just ridiculous how can someone can get a head shot at shotgun range; other thing that should be noted and fixed are the low impact/high rate of fire snipers, how it is that shooting at scout rifle fire rate they can still kill with two body shots? This could easily be fixed by adjusting the damage so that high/mid rate of fire snipers can not kill with two body shots and the last thing (not directly related to the weapons) are the head glitches (that should be fixed and identified across all maps) where you can only see a glimpse of their head but they can magically get a shot through there.
