jesus the city can never catch a break...

Outside of the city. It's a city that hasn't been consumed by the Golden City, and is populated (either the citizens just stayed there, or they rebuilt some ruins after the Golden City pretty much fell). Feel free to pit some troops against this being.
-
uh-huh... I'll try to picture it I guess.
At the center of the golden city, in the Battle Square, the huge statue of Trinity (as it had been dubbed) began to shake. Saint Agnes' statue began cracking, breaking, until it exploded in a bright flash of light. The Imperium simply had no time and resources to fight whoever that was. It was time for the God-Emperor's holy vigil to stand watch. The Living Saint had arisen. And with her, the Sentinels. Exterior city
moving to where you are.
a thunderous crack filled the sky as the sounds of rockets filled the air. One hundred of them. And at their head, a giant bird? No, a plane? No. It was the Living Saint, gracefully soaring through the sky, shining with holiness, on her way to purge the filth that happened upon them.

*The being clad in black armor simply waits until the missiles are just upon it, and then raises its hand. Explosions decimate where it was, leaving nothing except the dust behind. Then, once said dust clears, a black bubble dissipates, revealing the being without a scratch on it.* "Hmm, hmm ,hmm..." *It attempts to siphon the Living Saint's energy, as its humming somehow seems to piece the Saint's mind.*
-
There were actually no missiles, only the rockets on the Sentinels' feet. The hundred gigantic robots landed one by one all around the... thing, surrounding it. Whenever he attempted to simply sweep them away like dust, nothing would happen. It was as if a shielding bubble surrounded each of them, protecting them from whatever his powers were. When the saint landed in front of it, he finally witnessed her in all of her glory. The iron halo that adorned her head shone with a golden brightness, her golden wings flapping slowly. She hovered off the ground, the burning heat from her sword could be felt by the figure. His humming met a wall as it attempted to penetrate her mind, like an unbreakable barrier of Adamantium. It began being pushed back. By what? By the Emperor's will. The Emperor's power. Her golden eyes pierced through his soul(less) body, bringing a sense of fear into him. With a voice strong enough to quake worlds, she spoke. "FIEND OF EVIL! YOU HAVE BUT ONE CHANCE TO REPENT IN THE GRACE OF THE EMPEROR! CHOOSE OTHERWISE, AND YOU WILL BE MET BY FATE!" A flock of golden doves flew out of her body, leaving behind them trails of stardust, as pure of mind as her.
-
"Hmm, hmm, hmm... I see a red door and I paint it black..." *It unsheathes a gigantic bastard sword, made of black energy. The blade seems to suck away any light within its immediate vicinity. The Saint's attempts are met with an opposing wall, with the presence of Chaos resonating from it. The being throws its sword behind itself, which bypasses the robot's shielding, and chops the robot cleanly in half. It puts up its hand again, and the sword manages to make a full arc back toward the being, destroying three more robots on its way back. The being conjures another black bubble around the remains of the robots, and crushes them together. With a flick of a finger, the being flings the ball of scrap at another group of robots, crushing six.* *After that moment of confusion passes, the being has disappeared, but a mental attack is still being made on the Saint. A single word in carved into the metaphorical wall of the Saint's.* "Desolation."
-
The robots... reassemble. Like that whole attack was nothing. Their metallic skin reshapes, reforms and returns where it was. They become whole again, as if the thing's attack was naught but a minor setback. A blinding light strikes the man's presence. He had so foolishly revealed himself as an agent of chaos. He would be purged in the holiest of manners. The words dissolve from her mind as a brightness of ten thousand suns invade the man, burning through his psyche, forcing him out of hiding. She threw him out of his hiding place and back into the street. She then drove the flaming sword through his chest. The blade bent metal and flesh before it, as if it was clearing a path for the flames. Then the fire let itself be felt. It invaded the thing's body, ravaging through it. It fed off of chaos energy, so his attempts at appeasing it would only make it grow. It burned through him, purifying the filth that inhabited his body and soul. The Sentinels also got to work on him. From their eyes came beams of brightlance. They shred through metal, ferrocrete and flesh like a blade through air, stopping at nothing, piercing through the figure relentlessly and harmoniously. The Saint retracted her sword, the flames still inhabiting his body, eating through him as she slashed at him again, cutting broadly across his chest, leaving a flaming sear upon him. His darkness couldn't save him any longer. The light of the Emperor's fury cast out any darkness that blighted this universe, and it would not rest until all darkness had been banished. And it wasn't making any exceptions for this one. The saint remained impassable, untouchable. Whenever he would try to approach her for an attack, he would be burned, forced to move back by fear of turning into cinders himself. His darkness dissolved around her, cast away by the light. All he could ever do at this point was run away in shame, or be banished back to it's dark gods, cast out to be haunting the warp for eternity.
-blam!- that. No instakills.
*All that is heard is laughter, and the armor simply dissipates to reveal that there was no one inside, and the particles disappear. Suddenly, the sword crashes into the earth in the middle of the robots, and then they all begin to crumble to their knees as a pulse is emitted from the sword.*
EMP. Those bots can't reform if their circuits are fried.
*Then, Desolation drops down from a nearby building and in front of the Saint, its armor darker than before. It's almost like it fed off of the light. His armor eats any light than passed within its vicinity. The Saint cannot touch Desolation in the same way that Desolation cannot touch the Saint. Really, all that's left by now is to simply fight it out. Desolation drops into a fighting stance, and prepares to defend against an onslaught.*
you mistake their repair. It's Necrodermis. Their skin is living metal. And they have backup circuits.
The robots return to theie feet after some time, dishing out the EMP energy.
meh. This battle is obviously never going to end.
-
First off, EMPs fry any and all electronics within their range. Secondly, I know how to make it end.
*The thing inside of the armor simply chuckles, and then disappears. It teleported away, leaving nothing but the memory of him behind. A few seconds later, a black beam rises from the center of the city, towering over all other buildings.*
