I turned in the Cult Ghost but didn't receive the No Time to Explain quest. What did I miss?
On Thursday I completed the Paradox mission for the Daily, collect all three memory ghost fragments and then the Cult Ghost in the chest at the end. I turned it into Lakshmi-2 (FWC) but the No Time to Explain quest never activated. I even pledge allegiance to FWC. Do I have to wait? The videos on Youtube made it seem like the quest would activate as soon as you turned in the Cult Ghost.

I had to wait for reset last time paradox came round

Doing the Paradox daily mission and completing the alternate ending is just step one of that quest. Step two occurs either at the next weekly reset, or the next time Paradox is the daily. No one is sure which one triggers step two, but it is one of those two.

Some people are saying reset but in my experience it was the next time the paradox mission was the daily. It's possible that both occurred at the same time but I don't think so.
