Because straight up? They don't.
The lot of you are just mad that Titans actually get a decent Super now.
Titans are still a subpar class in Crucible and usage rates prove it.

I've been playing mayhem rumble all week with my friend who uses voidwalker and I can say without any doubt that he cannot survive a nova bomb. Good Nightstalkers take my super without issue. Golden gun kills me in one shot (not sure where people are getting this complaint from). Good Stormcallers can also kill me without issue. I've also been killed by shotguns, primaries and snipers. For those of you that will say I'm just bad, my win % in mayhem rumble is over 65%. The only argument I really agree with is how long it lasts, it should drain slightly quicker when not throwing hammers as I can pop off my super, kill two people, walk to the other end of the map and kill those same two people after they spawn.

3 RepliesEdited by JoebAKL: 11/14/2015 5:37:32 AMHow long do you have super? How does it compare to Blade Dancer? How many long range hammers can you throw? How does it compare with Golden gun? How powerful is a hammer explosion? How does it compare to a Nova Bomb? How much Armor bonus do you get? How does it compare to Sun Singer? How easy is it to get your health back? How does it compare to Ward of Dawn? How easy is it to ignite the super? How does it compare to Fist of Havoc? How fast does it take to kill more than 1 enemy? How does it compare to Thunder Stormers? How much map control can you create with sunspots? How does that compare to Shadow Shot?

Supers should be equal. You should have a tank (sun breakers) running around and a little kid trying to kill it (blade dancer, gunslinger, any other super for that matter)
-
Titans had the worst subclasses and now they get kids like you saying nerf ha queefs

11 RepliesTitans are the fastest character in the game. Sunbreaker or also known as the "noobbreaker" have very good grenades, fusion grenades and Incendiary grenades are EXTREMELY good. I also play on my titan and you can check my stats on all my characters for pvp. 1.when titans activate their super they can survive a golden gun shot. This should never happen. 2. There is no cost to having "grenades and horseshoes" as a secret perk. ... what does this mean? It means a titan should take Damage if he throws a hammer and he is in the blast radius of the explosion. Why doesn't he take Damage? Every high impact detonation hurts the user... for example, fusion grenades, incendiary grenades, flux grenades, rocket launchers, nova bomb etc... 3. They should have no damage resistance or nearly no damage resistance when they activate their super because of 2 things. They heal with every hammer kill, or when they pop their super , they can chose the perk where it gives them an overshield. 4.the super lasts extremely long, it's the longest lasting super. 5. There should be a 1.5 second cool down when a titan gets to throw another hammer. If you miss a hammer that has proximity and travels just as fast as a rocket launcher then that speaks for itself... the list goes on and on I'm to tired.

I think you were doing this same argument for Thorn a few months ago

4 RepliesSo most people seem to be frustrated at the lack of relevancy of the previous raids/rewards myself included. You might even say that your getting bored and need something fresh in the game. I have thought of a way which might keep the old gear relevant and allow us to have fun doing so. I don't think anyone has suggested this but if they have forgive me. What if, if you had ALL your VOG armor you could infuse them together to create one piece of maxed out armor for example a helmet. This helmet itself is only obtainable by having that full set of raid armor from VOG. Now if you have ALL of the crota armor you can infuse it together to create a new chest piece. Then a full collection of POE gear can give you gauntlets and full collection of Oryx gear (harrowed) can give you a pair of boots once all that armor is collected. In order to finish this infusion of armor you would need 3 relics which you obtain by completing each respective raid/activity(POE). You could also obtain this shard by trading in etheric light at a 5-1 ratio. This would keep the etheric light relevant as well. These new pieces of gear are all legendary tier, they are maxed light level and have a bad ass design. It would allow you to show off your collection and would create incentive to replay the old content and keep it relevant. The same could be said for the weapons but with their respective archetypes: example all the raid auto rifles can be infused for one new badass auto rifle. These primaries can also be elementals. What do you guys think?

There's no reason for them to have more health than blade dancers and the power of a golden gun times 2. All I want is to be able to snipe them in the head with a regular high impact sniper and not be forced to use black spindle just to counter them

1 ReplyYes guardian. Cling to your crutch. Defend it with your life. I can't wait to see how big they nerf that shit!!!
-
1 ReplyI main a titan and I can hand on heart say there armour needs reducing when hos is popped and that will do.

1 ReplyI am so sick and tired of seeing these "Titans finally get a good super" posts defending Sunbreaker. I could care less about the Sunbreaker crap, but when you start dissing Titan supers, you need to stfu. Titans have ALWAYS had fantastic supers. Stop saying Sunbreaker is the only decent one.

2 RepliesEdited by TRDoug: 11/11/2015 12:14:19 AMBecause all the little cry babies that play in the crucible poured their salty tears on Bungies doorstep.....that's why! Why else would something get nerfed.....no PvE player in history ever cried that there weapons were too powerful or carried too much ammo. Every Nerf in the game has come from the crucible

3 RepliesWhen a titan activated his sunbreaker super his shield got so much stronger that I used 2-3 clips of my Monte Carlo and then I died from one hammer thrown in one second

1 ReplyYeah I always get shut down by golden gun

18 RepliesThe Titan has legitimate flaws that give other players and supers a chance these flaws are as follows: 1. Titans were the least played class in year 1. 2. The titan's only good super till now was fist of havoc that was nicknamed fist of panic because of its usefulness. 3. Titans have a subclass that is the least useful in pvp known as the bubble. 4. Sunbreakers can be countered by the highest damage weapons in the game. 5. Not all sunbreakers use the armor bonus so the chance of encountering one that survives a super or high impact sniper is slim. 6. The melee of the Titan has always been the worst one, excluding shoulder charge that is a skill according to most. 7. Hammers require some skill to aim at distances. 8. Hammers have travel time. 9. Sunbreakers are extremely slow so the supers extended time is needed. This is a objective opinion.

I say because being a fixer takes much more effort than a breaker. We talking about construction vs demolition right?

Who tf even plays crucible anymore lol

2 RepliesEdited by csquidy: 11/10/2015 11:57:25 PMLol if they aren't nerfed yet they won't get nerfed. When bungie said they would look into the sunbreaker, they totally scraped the thoughts. That was a month ago. They aren't gonna nerf it.

6 Replies-55% armor buff. A lot of people bring up the "survive a golden gun" argument, and others refute it by saying "hit him again." So you want me to use 66% of my super to take down one guy? Also if he's looking at you, that hammer can hit you in between shots. But this doesnt just apply to golden gun. Its everything. Anything you do to damage a sunbreaker is less than half as powerful as normal. Including the very complained about Nightstalker. If a nightstalker and sunbreaker both turn a corner at the same time, and notice each other at the same time, the sunbreaker throws a hammer at the exact time the nightstalker activates the bow. Now one of three things can happen here. 1) hammer hits nightstalker, bow didnt fire in time. Good game. 2) Hammer hits nightstalker, bow still fires. Sunbreaker will tank the shot, and merely lose his super. He's still alive, and the nightstalker used 100% of his most scarce resource, to not even kill a single enemy. 3) hammer misses, bow fires, bow travels, as the bow hits, titan throws another hammer. [This has been debated with me before, but there is a delay between getting hit by the bow, and when the tether actually launches. Enough time to throw a hammer.] Second hammer falls under possibilities of #1 and #2. Highly unlikely youd miss, however, considering how slow and still a nightstalker is mid super. -Suncharge. A lot of people overlook this ability, because theyd rather throw more yolo hammers. Now sucharge isnt exactly the EASIEST thing to use, but it isnt rocket science. Press RB to be hurled forward, farther AND faster than a bladedancer, for double the damage of an arc blade attack. Meaning you will instant kill every non-sunbreaker with it, and this one perk is more relevant in PvE than the entire bladedancer super. Its VERY quick. With some getting use to it, you can effectively dodge golden guns, fist of havoc (if you anticipate it) and nova bomb. You can literally do circles around a gunslinger faster than his sensitivity will let him line up a shot. This ability can also be done in air, grants cauterize, grants explosive pire, and is just plain lethal. This could be a super on its own, but instead, its a secondary attack to a ranged primary super. Covering every distance. -Cauterize. Everyone complained about hungering blade, but now that perk is on a super that has more armor, range, speed, damage, and kill potential. Dont really feel like much else needs to be said here. -Explosive pire. We've all seen the video of the self sustaining "nuclear reactor" of ads being spawn killed by explosive pire, and then exploding themselves, killing the next batch, and so on. Its a golden gun combustion. Very effective in PvP, and when paired with immolation fists, you have tracking hammers on top of pyre. On a super that already has splash damage, and range. And it applies to suncharge as well. -The throw arc. Ive seen countless titans say that tbe fact that.golden gun shoots in a straight line makes it better than hammers, but heres why thats just not true. Golden Gun has zero incoming damage reduction. So you want to keep out of enemy fire as much as possible. Right? Straight fire forces you to give your enemy a line of sight on you in order to damage them. One panic proximity rocket from them, or fusion grenade, or shotgun, etc. And its game over for the gunslinger. But with sunbreakers, we have the ability to stay safe behind cover (as if it was needed) and damage enemies. Splash damage can hit enemies around corners, and you dont have to be as accurate. I have multiple clips of myself as a sunbreaker just throwing hammers into the sky and getting kills. Remember the videos of lance nova bombs killing whole teams at heavy spawn? Hammers can do that, and you have more chances to hit them as well. Explosive pyre will ensure that they all die. Now people will say "but what about OUTSIDE of super?!" Still good af. -Grendades that ignite. -grenades that lock down areas and choke points. -melee that turns ever hit into criticals. (Perk on nightstalker super.) -simmering flames plus tier 5 discipline, and your grenades charge in 12.5 seconds.

You post this as if your opinion is the only one that matters... Shhh

stuff that is too stong isnt so significant tomorrow. breakers are not that big deal. im ok with their hammers, no matter what we say here bng will change something if realy necessary. no need to argue, says his warlockness.

6 RepliesDude no ones mad that titans ha e a good class lmao, I don't sit there and be like " I hate those damn titans there to OP!" Dude idc what subclass it is, I actually use my titan, the fact is their OP. It's a fact if they weren't you wouldn't use them. Dude the most armor in the game mid super for a super that can travel, health regen on each kill.. Like wtf? Kills from anywhere on the map, crazy long super time, dude you can't tell me I'm wrong lmao, the only super that can survive a snipe to the face, I don't want to hear oh their supposed to be tanks, I've never seen a tank that can jump around and get its armor back after being wailed on.

8 RepliesEdited by Nighthawk_0430: 11/9/2015 2:51:32 PMThey have a legitimate potential to get 12 kills with their Super, and can average 6 kills with it normally You also can take a sniper shot to the head without dying, a direct hit with a rocket (both of which no other class can do),and regenerate both health and shield at the same time
