Not like the others, crowed control, explosive rounds, reactive reload. Pretty legit for me.

I prefer to go with the faster reload in the center, combine that with scout rifle reloading gloves, you can get the crowd control and reactive reload working at the same time.

My favorite part about it is you can just shoot a phalanx shield and he staggers and you can get a head shot off and kill him, no shooting his feet or hand.
