Ive just defeated oryx on hard which by the way took me almost 2 hours. I had 20 moldering shards when i beat him and was already wearing a 316 mark for my titan.
What did i get after spending all that time beating him?
-A 312 mark (weaker than what i already had)
-2 moldering shards (in exchange for 20 moldering shards)
I think the rewards are unfair because i spent all this time hoping to get at least a primary or a helmet but all i got was absolutely nothing. I can't use the mark because it's weaker and i lost 18 shards in the process.
I beat the raid on hard and normal for over 15 times and NOT EVEN ONCE have i gotten a helmet for any of my characters.

It took me 3 weeks to finally beat Oryx on hard, and I got a 313 harrowed machine gun (was already running a 312) and two shards back. Sure I'm glad to finally have the emblem, but seriously? For the first time, I skipped normal mode with my main and jumped right into a hard run, thinking I'd get double rewards. Boy was I wrong. Totems: Moldering shards Warpriest: 312 Harrowed machine gun. Moldering shards. Golgoroth: 313 gauntlets (was using 312 ones). Moldering shards. Sisters: Moldering shards Oryx: Emblem. 313 harrowed machine gun. Moldering shards. That brought me up from 310 to 311. Still yet to get a 310+ ghost.

They need to do something about the loot drops. They might think that not giving us better loot is gonna make us play more but they're wrong, a lot of people are getting frustrated with it

I'm about done I can't even get over 300 on any character 20+ drop chances with no completions and i get nothing, i got a 302 fusion rifle the other night. Idgaf anymore and I don't even want to play, im just phoning it in till I get my ps4 Brack Friday BundaRoo and blops3 and fallout and probably tomb raider or mgs5 and I'm done with destiny I will for dam sure not be repurchasing it on ps4, big fcuk that lol

The moldering shards are a joke, absolutely. Completing a raid boss should not leave you with a net loss of 18 materials. Another thing bungie needs to address, but won't.
