I have it but only use it in the raid, I think if you play aggressive i think its not the best. I also get sick of hearing it so much when playing oryx for 2+ hours i want to use something else. The weapon is one of coolest though as far as questing, looks, design and countering perks. definitely is the best at doing what it was intended for. personally im digging this jade rabbit, can't wait to get it higher then 310

I used to think the same, but i was kinda proud to be 316 (almost 317!) light since last raid, so i decided to keep wearing it when doing a few missions/quests. ToM really aint that bad! Shreds through majors, and at big encounters, i pop a bubble (main titan) and use the same tactic used on ogres, works very well! It oneshots a lot of things too That one mission in the black garden with the shade of oryx that you have to chase, and in the end runs off and spawns a big cabal dude? Killed the shade the 2nd time i saw him. Ive only managed to do that with simulant before. Im going to use it a lot more, its actually a fun gun and maybe trains you to be more aware of your hp (a lot of people could use some for the warpriest... Low hp? Warpriest shooting hobgoblin blasts? Duck into the bubble or cover!)

The only reason I don't like it is because I am an aggressive player and running around shooting shite with the ToM makes me kill myself more than the enemies actually kill me, but sure sometimes I'll run Blessings Of Light for constant damage on a boss of something. It is really good at doing dps though.

I noticed myself dying a lot more, not from shooting ToM too much or not watching my health, but by taking risks with my health and then getting killed by remaining adds. Also, i just felt like it wasn't any better than other primaries i like (treads uppn stars, tlaloc, jade rabbit) its exotic perk is great for dealing a lot of damage, but it constantly ticks away at your health. Even when counting my shots to avoid the last shot, I just felt like it was too much of a chore to use. The strikes and everything outside the raid is much easier, and putting myself in danger/counting shots to not take damage just seemed to make everything much more challenging than it needed to be. Yes, it has the ability to be better if not the best primary, but i prefer other primaries.

It's more of a Liability than anything

I think it's best with a Defender Titan outside of Oryx.

Hung jury is better because you don't have to think or pay as much attention.
