Should I buy Black Ops 3?
I used to be a huge COD Fanboy and exclusively played COD until I became disappointed with AW and Ghosts and switched to Destiny. Black Ops 2 was the last good COD I played so I am unsure if I will feel the same magic this time around.

If you remember all the fun bo2 and if you love zombies, definitely get bo3. I am in the same situation. I didnt buy ghosts or AW but i have faith in treyarch

The beta was pretty solid, gameplay was fun, weapons seemed diverse enough, pretty solid customization with characters and weapons, lots of zombies content, and cool looking campaign. I'd get it, but if you're unsure you could wait for reviews. I've pre ordered it though.
