I'm debating on buying Dead Orbit's Hung Jury but got what seems to be a solid Treads Upon Stars yesterday. Can anyone take a look at my TUS (currently equipped on my Titan) and give me an opinion on which is better. I can definitely pump my range up quite a bit on my TUS but am not so sure about the value of my other perks for PvE or PvP. If you'd run my perks a different way, please give some pointers there as well. Thanks for the help.
