It includes the deleted characters time also.

Only if they were alive long enough to be in the API, many of us were creating and deleting in a single session during early TDB. I was spending over 90 hours a week on just alts and that never showed up (but my time on my main in the same period did).

Now that I think about it I'm going to delete another :) and create him again :)
