Should Weapon Parts be sold by a vendor?
Other materials are sold by vendors for upgrading weapons and armor. I think weapon parts should be sold by a vendor for legendary marks.

Otherwise you could very easily farm faction rep by grinding glimmer and then buy weapon parts, and turn them in for rep. I think weapons could just drop more when dismantled. Edit: just saw legendary marks as an option, and i think that would be fine. Just gotta balance out how many weapon part people would be willing to get from a certain amount of marks.

3 RepliesAren't the planetary materials something like 20 of each for 10 marks? Would you really pay 10 marks for just 20 weapon parts? How long does it take to make 10 marks? How long does it take to get 20 parts in weapon/engram drops? Surely the latter is easier than the former - so why bother?
