Actually if you don't lie you will see they are in last when only compared against the new subclasses.

Nope I did not. I'm sure my comment is valid for that date as well. I was looking at the KDs as soon as the new subclasses were released. There were always ranked Hunter, warlock, Titan. Right from day one. I was only looking at the new subclasses.

This was kind of a dumb comment, the OP is a bungee employee, so if he says that sunbreakers had the highest kd for the first week of ttk then they did, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Not sure what numbers you would have been looking at but I guarantee they were not more likely to be right than the ones a bungee data researcher has.
