What's the score with Grimoire bashing?
Every other thread contains someone berating someone about their Grimoire score? [u]really?[/u] [i][b]Why?[/b][/i]
People also always been to troll through someone's Destiny profile to slag them off about K/D, how many raids you have done, how much time you have spent playing, what characters you have - the list is endless.
Seriously?[b] [u]It's a video game.[/u][/b] I thought an online community was supposed to help each other, not tear each other apart.
Am I just from the wrong gaming generation where there was no social media or YouTube, [i]we just got a game and played it,[/i] no questions asked, no hatred toward fellow players?
Who cares if your Grimoire score is below others or a certain level made up by a forum member? Who cares about your [b]K/D?[/b] Time spent? [u]That does not [/u]give you a [i]reason[/i] to [b]ruin[/b] someone's enjoyment of a game they paid for.

Well, once I realized that the majority of the player base are teenagers it made more sense While there are many mature teenagers as well as immature adults, the bulk of the insecure bashing going on around here is simply the manifestation of young people developing as human beings do, trying to sort out how and where they fit into this world. We all did it, more or less, growing up. The adults that is. Those going through it, well, it's just part of the process

3 RepliesPretty much yes. The youtube generation are all esports and ego. You know the people we used to avoid on the sports field and hallways... It sucks but it should self correct in a few years once social pressure starts forcing people to behave. For now swing my mute hammer far and wide and it makes a noticeable difference

Grimiour is what insecure people turn to when they suck at the game. Picking up dead ghost is the only thing they seem to be good at. Just ignore them. They are no threat.

1 ReplyThey attribute your skill to it. Most i can see from it is how long youve been playing and if youve experienced something. Just because youve been at it a long doesnt mean your any good. The same goes for having little time, you can be great.
