Check the FR on my Warlock. It only drops in pvp, and it is an absolute beast. You simply don't need the impact of some of the FRs for pvp. What you want is charge rate. This thing can't be beaten. The only thing that matches it is the trials FR. It's a thing of absolute beauty.

I bet you any of my shotguns, sidearms, or snipers can easily best that thing.

Doubt it. I always outdo shotguns in pvp, due to the better range, and the good charge rate. The people running at me are floating bits of void before they get a shot off. As for snipers, yeah, they tend to beat every other secondary at their intended range. If you're using a sniper in FR range, either you have a very good shot(in which case that's awesome for you), or you are doing it wrong.
