What the heck is going on here? Since Legendary marks became a currency that unified both Vanguard and Crucible progress upon the installment of TK, I was happy to know I didn't have to do year one's VoG or Iron Banner over and over to max my light level! I'm just a casual gamer who loves playing Destiny! I find I play better in PvP then I am in a raid, and even better in PvE so this was awesome news to me and presumably good news for many others too. While enjoying some new changes implemented into year 2 as I leveled up to the new level cap with new armor and weapons, I figured it was time for me to look at some new space travel gear too! What I found was not so great, but hear me out.. I pre ordered The Taken King and some of its contents included a new sparrow, the S-34 RAVENSTEEL! Don't get me wrong, I thought it was great even though it didn't have the option to roll stablilizers while airborne, like the EV-30 TUMBLER was able to do. Eventually I hit a point where MY gear preference and color scheme did not match the color of my RAVENSTEEL so I figured it was time to change! No problem tho rite? I figured I'd buy another sparrow similarly close in comparison to my guardians current color scheme by going to the tower! Just cosmetic stuff! So I get to the tower, run over to a quartermaster, and find out that I have to pay out 175 legendary marks for a different color sparrow!... Awe, that's one heck of a price for a new color isn't it? Wait a minute, no!.. It's a rare tho. Conclusion: Rare Sparrows cost way too much Legendary Marks!
