Hi Budgie or fellow player which ever sees this. I am experiencing this issue with Destiny where when the title screen loads up you press A you know like normal the title goes away then you watch the little loading symbol in the corner. Well mine says connecting and music is still playing the loading symbol stops moving and changing the lines then finally the screen goes black. It then says something along the lines of Opps we have encountered a problem or something like that with a series of ..... Behind it. After than the text changes after a minute saying you are now safe to reset your console or something like that. The text reminds me of what you see on a Windows command prompt screen. I have checked my disk for cracks or scratches nothing, I have unplugged the console for 1 minute then plunged it back in still did not fix it and I did that multiple times, finally I tried straight up just turning it off normally to see if it would fix it and it still did not. I have no idea what's causing this or why. It started doing this out of nowhere. I am trying to play this on Xbox One and have been playing it for a while so I am not sure why it do it now. I was using the Orginal beta release for the new Xbox One dash board which it was working fine on for a while then while still using the same release version it started doing this. I updated to the latest version of the beta but it's still doing this. Please help ASAP my console is not modded by the way. To added I tested other games to see if they were acting up too all of my other games work fine all but one Dragonball Xenoverse which does not load up the hub world just stays in a white screen when it should be loading the hub world. Both disk are fine and I did the same thing trying to fix both and nothing.

Edited by Matchstckgmr: 11/6/2015 12:26:44 AMUpdate after deleting Destiny and redownloading it and the updates. It still causes the error listed above I have come to the conclusion this is a issue with the New Xbox One Experience Beta Dash Board. I have submitted a bug report via the Xbox Preview Program about it hopefully they will patch this issue soon. It randomly happens it's not affecting everyone using the beta yet it just messes up randomly and when it does there is no way to stop it.

5 RepliesHi, You definitely have a problem here. I would recommend re-installing Destiny: https://www.bungie.net/7_Re-installing-Destiny/en/Help/Article/12288
Opps we have encountered a problem or something like that
Sounds like exactly what I'd expect one of their employees to say
