@Bungie - Etheric light on old trials armor?
Bungie please can we make an in game change in which 'Etheric light' can upgrade last years trials armor to current stats because at the moment, Etheric light does nothing and all of last years players (YOUR LOYAL PLAYERS WHO HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE BEFORE TTK) who gained their trials armor have been smacked in the face the fact we have to aquire it all once more.. Come on, Us old players are getting screwed over

Trials players at least get a chance to earn back their armor. PvE players are the ones who got screwed. You can at least get year 2 trials armor and look the same as year one. VoG, CE, and PoE armor is all permanently obsolete

I want my g-ddamn Crota armour back.. or a reason to complete a set of VOG armour.. I don't care if I have to infuse from 170 all the way to a usable status... gimme the option..

And trials gear is different than any other gear how? We've all had to acquire and level TTK gear, why should trials be any different?

Bungie have changed the game, this is year 2 and a lot of stuff they regret has been left behind. Sure it would be nice to have kept some of it (I'll never delete my VoG helmets!) but this is how the game is. The argument to bring year-1 stuff into year-2 died when TTK came out and everyone realised their tears were for nothing. Your argument that year-1 Trials of Osiris gear is more important than anything else from last year would obviously upset everyone. The perception is also that yr-2 Trials is more difficult, so the gear you gain now carries more significance. If you want people to notice you then you'll have to earn this year's armour. But then who cares? Do you really think people will be impressed by your armour? Wear what you think looks good, or wear what is functional for the activity you are in. Sorry but Bungie won't bring your stuff back. Take a deep breath and accept it.
