3 RepliesProbably not BoS since on the east coast they want to help protect people. Out of this list I would say the institute since the enclave are mainly in D.C. and are wiped out in fallout 3 mostly. Something worth noting is you get achievements for joining BoS, The Institute, and the Railroad, so its hard to say.

Has to be the enclave I have this hunch you know ? Maybe the brotherhood in Boston is a split faction and only want to control Boston with technology and power and the enclave try to stop it I just want to be a part of the enclave for once
