option to play strikes alone instead of standard 3 player fireteam
this idea pretty much came up to me as soon as i got the quest path of the bladedancer, its not that hard untill you want to get the 3 major kills, because everytime i nearly get 1 major kill some asshole has to killsteal the shit out of it, its getting frustrating have been stuck with this quest for weeks now, just put in an option to spawn alone in strikes and i´m happy

Edited by FekkenEjit: 11/3/2015 1:36:13 PMI dont know if this works on xbox but it does on PS4 if you want to play strikes solo. Load up Destiny until you get to the director screen. Go to your console dashboard and change the date and time to anything in the last year. Return to Destiny and start up a strike. First servitor strike on earth is one good one to use. Watch the loading icon in the top left and it will show searching for guardians. If it does matchmake, quickly press cancel and try again. After a while, you should start the strike solo. Go the patrol spawn area The Steppes and complete the quest using the three major hives in the bunker down the stairs. Once thats done, complete the strike as normal - easy enough to solo. When done, return to orbit and then set date and time back to normal. Did this with all three of my characters.

Make friends, talk to people, communicate with them, or become one of bungie's hated players and solo the shit out of stuff, nationalistically jerking yourself off in a lobby. Your choice.

for anyone who thinks its just a regular major gun kill, well no it has to be a super kill so i have to be in arc blade to make the kill count.

2 RepliesYou can go anywhere in a strike to kill three majors. It doesn't have to be in the darkness zone.

2 RepliesYou seriously cant kill three majors in a single strike? Do the nightfall! You can solo it! Even if you dont beat it, im sure you can manage 3 major kills.
