Are you just banning cheaters in ToO? Here is a clip of a player who consistently engaged lag anytime he was involved in a losing battle(which was a lot). I watched him shrug off a direct hit from a sward, multiple sniper shots, primary shots, and a super. I ended up just trying to bate him into it, which he fell for pretty easily. Is it safe to cheat so long as it's regular crucible?
