Why are there so many pulse rifle users?
It seems like every other person is using a pulse rifle in crucible. Has anyone else noticed this?

Scout rifles are also really good. Ive gotten my ass kicked by one or two auto rifle users. Pulse are the meta right now, but im not gonna blame it on that. Most people are lazy and have little to no skill so they use whatever gets them easy kills. Thats the reality, 75% of people who play this game are crutch players. Those guys that never had a titam and have one noe because sun breaker is strong, these epitomize the mentality of most destiny players. Theyll do, grind, or use anything that makes them feel better

Edited by Dexter307: 11/2/2015 3:59:41 PMMax fire rate autos are amazing now too. I was able to counter all but the most accurate pulse rifle users. They got nearly a 30% damage buff in pvp from the 2.0 patch for those who didn't know. Used to do 10 body 13 crit Now it does 13 body 16 crit

They have a fast and consistent time to kill, and are easier to use in CQC compared to Scouts. Auto Rifles lack fast TTK, and have less flinch than Pulses. Handcannons experience the phantom bullet syndrome, making them highly inconsistent. Scouts are good too, but Pulse Rifles barely experience damage falloff, so there's no real advantage over Pulses.

They have the fastest ttk right now that's why their are alot of people's go to favorites right now

I've been infatuated by the new scout rifle from trials. Pulse is.. Now the favorite gun type. It shreds.

The Halo BR ruined me from using most other guns.

I've been using it for a long time. And it's been my go to ever since the hand cannon nerf.

PROBABLY are the new thron. They beat almost anything. Red death is a 2 burst kill with all head shots.
