Haven't done trials yet. Played normal crucible last night and seems a lot who had the flawless emblem were red barring. A few who had gone flawless but didn't show the emblem but were using adept weapons were also red barring to. Anyone else notice this?

Yes. Play any of the Objective Crucible types and you'll see teams of 3 that go red bar as soon as one of them pick up the Spark and then go Green bar after they score. Or if they rush a control point, they are red until they take it then green again. Reporting them does nothing, because Bungie is too busy watching Luke throw money at the screen to care about this sort of thing.
